20 Burpees + 200m Run*

40 Push-Ups + 400m Run*

60 Sit Ups + 600m Run*

80 Air Squats + 800m Run*

100 Lunges + 1000m Run*

 

*Cardio Choice:

100m Run = 125m Row/Ski Erg = 250m Bike Erg = 6/4 Kcal AirBike = 80 Single Unders = 40 Double Unders = 40 Jumping Jacks
